• Cancellation:-

We only allow cancellation if the product is not taken to production yet.

Order should be cancelled or replaced within 1 hour of placing the order. If the order is manufactured, we will unfortunately not be able to cancel your order.

• Refund/Exchange:-

We only accept exchange request if you have received the product in a damaged, broken, defective or not usable condition. You will have to send us proof of the product condition in the form of images or videos within 24 hours of receiving the item.

If product is unavailable or shipped correctly, the refund will be processed from our end within 7 business day from the time the returned shipment is received by us. The refunded payment will show up in your payment method from 3-5 business days.
